Assignment Manager accomplishes this function by matching candidates to predefined and user-configurable assignment objects. To assign the most qualified candidate to each object, Assignment Manager applies assignment rules that you define. Based on Assignment Rule Assignment Manager finds the suitable candidate. If you specify an expiration date and no activation date, the rule is active until the date denoted by the expiration date. If you do not specify neither the activation date nor the expiration date, the rule is always active. Assignment Criteria: In Siebel Assignment Manager, assignment criteria enforce business conditions when applied to assignment rules. An assignment rule can have one or more assignment criteria. For Each criterion specific values can be given if required. Running mode of Assignment Manager: Batch ModeUse batch assignment to assign multiple records of an object in a single batch. Typically, you want to run batch jobs periodically when you anticipate the least amount of database activity (such as daily or weekly after-hours). Dynamic ModeDynamic assignment is especially useful in a deployment where users and server programs make frequent changes to the assignment object records (such as service requests and activities) because dynamic assignment can automatically determine the changes and assign the objects to the appropriate people and organizations. Interactive ModeRunning Assignment Manager in interactive mode allows end users to make real-time assignments. End users can review a list of potential assignees generated by Assignment Manager, then select and confirm, or override the assignment from the generated potential candidate list. The organization dynamic candidate teams you define in Siebel Tools appear in the Organization Candidates Source list of values (LOV) field in the assignment rule. Check Employee Calendar Field If check then Assignment Manager checks the employees availability by checking its calander. You create workload distribution by adding workload rules in the Assignment Workload view for employees and positions, or the Assignment Organization Workload view for organizations. Workload distribution is generally used with service assignments. Goto Workload Distribution Rule view. Multiple Owner Type: Multiple Members Will be associated with Assignment Object. For Configuring Dynamic Candidate, It is need to be configured from Tool side. The advantage of Dynamic Candidate is to reduce the list of members for assignment. Configuring Dynamic Candidate; Login into Siebel Tools. Query for Service Request in workflow policy. Goto Service Request Assignment Object. Goto Dynamic Candidate, Configure this according to following data. Compile Service Request Workflow Policy. This Team (Dynamic members) will be available in Person Candidate List. Select a data source which has ODBC entry. Give the name of table owner. Eg. STAGING Goto Next step. Select the table you want to generate the schema of goto next step. Provide the run time data source. As mentioned in TNS entry. Finish the wizard. This wizard will create external table schema. To check this data source make following entries in cfg file. The enabled/empowered value-driven, visionary Filipino is the greatest treasure of this nation, a vision shared by every segment of our society, a vision achieved through quality education. 4. Article XIV, Section 1. – The State shall protect and promote the right of all citizens to quality education at all levels and shall take appropriate steps to make such education accessible to all. Article XIV, Section 2 (1). – The State shall establish, maintain and support a complete, adequate and integrated system of education relevant to the needs of the people and the society. 5. WHERE ARE WE AT NOW? Insufficient mastery of basic competencies due to congested curriculum High school graduates (< 18 years) lack basic competencies and maturity 6. Locally, only 6 of every 1,000 Grade 6 elementary students are prepared to enter high school. Only 2 of every 100 4 th year high school graduates are fit for college. 7. Internationally, Filipino youths rank 41st in Science and 42 and in Math among 45 countries. 8. Millions of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) especially the professionals and those who intend to study abroad are at a disadvantage. Our graduates are not automatically recognized as professionals abroad. The Washington Accord and the Bologna Accord prescribe 12 yrs of basic education for university admission. 9. Human nature conditions human souls to desire happiness, even though arguments gainst this concept might arise; ultimately we can say that men will have not the power to not want happiness.Happiness as a concept ot satiation ot our own pursuit, provides for us the drink that will sausfy our thirst, and analyzing the complexity of human nature and all the needs of humans we only have to look up to the only perfect being, The only one who is Happy by his mere existence. â€Å"To God alon e may perfect beatitude be attributed, by virtue of his nature. † (28) Looking to â€Å"happiness† as part of human nature and looking up to God as the ultimate happy being, the summa reassures this tor us as St Thomas concludes that Any human being who Is happy share In happiness that Is not of himself.For God, existence. † By this we conclude that God and happiness are the same, we fall in the same conclusion God as an impaired divine being. Exploring more the concept of â€Å"Happiness† as a pursuit and an end; we come to explore a metaphor where we see happiness as a thirst and we relate this thirst, as seeking happiness as a satiation of the will which demands quenching and this quenching of the thirst is happiness.However, this simple metaphor can unfold in two parts one looking to â€Å"happiness as drink† and the other with â€Å"happiness as rinking† This can fall into the satisfaction of a non virtuous nature, as humans our thirsts s ometimes go to extremes, man seek fame, fortune, wealth, and pleasures to quench our thirst but ultimately we realize that our happiness depends upon the glory of God. Because of this holy longing we are guided to conclude that the greatest happiness is sharing in eternity. So the satiation of this hunger and thirst only will not be satiated unless we partake of God himself.Is happiness nothing but gladness overflowing, infinite Joy? St. Thomas will say NO. Happiness without Joy is unthinkable; but they are two different things. In the Summa both concepts get clarified as Thomas explains it. â€Å"Therefore a person rejoices because he possesses a good appropriate to him†whether in reality, or in hope, or at least in memory. The appropriate good, however, if it is perfect, is precisely the man's happiness†¦ Thus it is evident that no t even the Joy which follows the possession of the perfect good is the essence of happiness itself. Enjoying life, filling with meaningful things, like serving others, being charitable, surrendering yourself to God, doing the right thing when is needed. All these things ring Joy to my heart; the ends of my dedication to them are only building on my happiness as a man. Differentiating we conclude that Joy is essentially secondary, the response to happiness. But, Joy has not purpose beyond itself. Happiness as the attainment of â€Å"the whole good† even though is difficult to find the meaning of the word attain we can conclude that is the means we use to reach our goal, so we find happiness being the result of acting and doing.The idea of happiness as action reach to three propositions, happiness means perfection; perfection means realization; realization comes from acting. Happiness means erfection, â€Å"In perfect felicity the whole man is perfected,† Perfection means full realization† felicity must consist in man's attainment of the uttermost degree of being real. â€Å"Realization is achieved b y action† in analyzing this concept one might think of this of being an outward action, but, this should be done so this remains within the person himself.

Love Is The Beautiful And Sublime Love - 977 Words

Drawing from some of the authors that we looked at throughout the course of the semester, I was able to draw up my own concept of love. My concept of love includes that there are two different types of love and this idea is taken from Kant’s idea of love being beautiful and sublime and the fair sex and noble sex. The other author that presents two different types of love is Augustine, he presents the bodily and spiritual love and with these two concepts of love I was able to develop my own concept of love, that there are two different types one internal and one external. With the ideas that Kant and Augustine discuss about love I was able to draw parallels into our society and from my own personal experiences to draw my own concept and understanding of love. The first author Kant, presents the idea of the beautiful and sublime love. In this concept Kant says that the beautiful love is particular, sensational, feeling (emotions) while the sublime love is general, reason, deep understanding, geography, politics, industry, and government. Kant is basically stating that there are two types of love. Beautiful being that the love is more external, looking at one’s looks and what is on the outside, while the sublime love focuses more on the internal and spiritual connection of love, two having a connection where they are solely in love from the inside out, having a certain set of emotions/feelings towards one.
